Qualifications include:
 Minimum of 8 years’ experience that demonstrates increasing project and client management responsibilities with exposure in a management position.
 OAA or OAQ registration
 Bilingualism as an asset
 Strong business acumen
 Ability to work independently, developing and coordinating drawings
 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects
 The ability to coordinate with various consulting professionals
 Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy
 Ability to assemble and manage multiple complex projects and administer construction contracts on behalf of clientele, while adhering to schedule and budget requirements
 Must be able to receive a Secret level security clearance

Duties include:
 Grow C+A’s practice and revenues
 Personally lead strategic client pursuits and significant projects
 Manage Architectural teams leading to the successful delivery of projects
 Establish and maintain exemplary client relationships
 Manage the project delivery process; coordinate and lead teams through all phases of projects
 Evaluate and enforce the quality control aspects of project deliverables
 Train and/or mentor design and technical staff competency
 Manage key projects
 Collaborate with Principals and teams to lead and deliver projects in an efficient and timely manner
 Ensure profitable project delivery; manage project financial performance
 Lead and inspire the team
 Recruit staff and manage your team appropriately
 Be a role model, leader, and champion for integrity and professional ethics
 Have extremely well-developed interpersonal skills for dealing with complex situations
 Be a strong communicator, both verbally and written
 Be a knowledge leader who ensures that a high degree of creativity and technical competence is part of our teams mandate
 Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
 Participate in concept initiation and design of projects
 Facilitate the development and evolution of the work plan, budget and schedule
 Align work effort and resources with contract and compensation commitments and proactively address changes, including additional services as required
 Work on multiple projects and prioritize and communicate clearly at all stages of the project
