Qualifications include:
1. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the fields
2. Minimum a Master degree in Architecture
3. OAQ registration
4. Bilingualism as an asset
5. Strong business acumen
6. Ability to work independently, developing and coordinating drawings
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects
8. The ability to coordinate with various consulting professionals
9. Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy
10. Ability to assemble and manage multiple complex projects and administer construction contracts on behalf of clientele, while adhering to schedule and budget requirements

13. Must be able to receive a Secret level security clearance

Duties include:
1. Grow H2O2’s practice and revenues
2. Personally lead strategic client pursuits and significant projects
3. Manage H2O2 Young Architectural teams leading to the successful delivery of projects
4. Establish and maintain exemplary client relationships
5. Manage the project delivery process; coordinate and lead teams through all phases of projects
6. Train and/or mentor design and technical staff competency
7. Manage key projects
8. Ensure profitable project delivery; manage project financial performance
9. Lead and inspire the team
10. Recruit staff and manage your team appropriately
11. Be a role model, leader, and champion for integrity and professional ethics
12. Have extremely well-developed interpersonal skills for dealing with complex situations
13. Be a strong communicator, both verbally and written
14. Participate in concept initiation and design of projects
15. Facilitate the development and evolution of the work plan, budget and schedule
16. Align work effort and resources with contract and compensation commitments and proactively address changes, including additional services as required
17. Work on multiple projects and prioritize and communicate clearly at all stages of the project
