“Representing Canada at the 2012 Venice Biennale in Architecture was the opportunity of a lifetime. … It was amazing … to advance the appreciation of architecture and the discussion about the value of architecture in Canada in such a public and inclusive forum. It is vital that we now build on this success and continue to nurture our creative talent.” Johanna Hurme, MRAIC, Founding Partner, 5468796 Architecture, and co-curator, Migrating Landscapes (Canada’s entry at the 2012 Venice Biennale) |
