Innovation in Architecture

Submission Fee:

$300 plus applicable taxes

Eligibility:

RAIC members (View RAIC membership forms)

Submission Requirements:

(A separate submission form and payment must be made for each entry.)

Four (4) copies of submissions must be sent in standard, 3 ring, black binders (orientation - portrait) accepting 8 1/2" x 11" sheets. Each submission may not exceed a maximum of 25 pages and should include the following material in this order:

1. Completed submission form with payment;
2. A project credit sheet;
3. A 100-word media statement crafted for website postings and media campaign requirements. This statement must also be saved in Word format on the CD-ROM.
4. A three-page written summary. Innovations in quantifiables areas should be supported with measurable comparisons and data;
5. A numerical index listing all photos and providing full credit information;
6. All graphic Images necessary to describe the innovation must also be provided on CD (view the technical guidelines for submitting electronic material);
7. In the case of collaborations, the submission must include a clear description of the role of each individual;
8. A signed declaration by the RAIC member.

All winning entries will be kept by the RAIC for publication, exhibition and archival purposes. Unsuccessful entries will not be returned.

Entry Deadline:

All submissions must be received by the RAIC office before
4:00 p.m., November 30, 2006. Entrants are solely responsible for timely submissions. This date is firm without exception.
